Our client, HS, approached us because, almost 12 months after an UBER report that he had refused to take a guide dog, TfL decided to revoke his licence.

He provided them with a full and clear response. TfL decided not to prosecute him and waited 12 months before deciding to revoke. We lodged an appeal immediately and following presentation to TfL they decided not to contest the appeal and waived their decision.

The appeal has now been withdrawn and our client will shortly have his licence returned to him.
